Dazu sollte man sich dafür interessieren, was das Institut so angeht und mit den Dozenten reden können. Es ist normal, dass man viel diskutiert und dabei auch immer gerne die Meinung der Studierenden beachtet. \\ Der Institutsrat **Physik**  hat im Gegensatz zu dem Institutsrat Mathe nicht so einen großen Stellenwert. Er trifft sich meistens nur einmal im Geschäftsjahr. Dabei werden der Institutsleiter und sein Stellvertreter gewählt. Ansonsten werden Berichte vorgetragen und es wird über einige aktuelle Punkte diskutiert bzw. informiert. Auch hier haben zwei Vertreter der Studierenden ein Stimmrecht.
